The connection

One Family,Two Roles.

The roots of both businesses trace back to M/s Kackery Bros, established in Alappuzha in 1970. As the organisation expanded into the Cherthala region, the construction side of the work grew into something that deserved its own name and its own team.

That became AGL Max Developers in 2010 — a professionally managed builder operating from Cherthala, delivering villa and real-estate projects with a strong emphasis on quality, accessibility and customer satisfaction.

Today the two work side by side. Kackary Properties identifies and presents land; AGL Max designs and builds. If you buy a plot from us and want a home on it, you are not being handed over to a stranger.
